The Delta Teen Team, or DTT, is a non-profit fishing club for people 11 to 18 years of age. The DTT provides an opportunity for any teen to fish for a multitude of fish, and make new friends in the process. The club is open to any teen from the area surrounding Oakley/Antioch/Brentwood. The club is open to all, regardless of gender, creed, or color. Requirements are: payment of a five-dollar sign-up fee, and ownership of at least one fishing rod and reel combination to fish with. Teens will receive a tackle pack for becoming a member, and a monthly newsletter that features club information. The sign-up fee will covers two full months of official membership, any additional months spent in the club will be billed at a rate of two dollars per month (collected monthly). There will be the option to pay for a full year's membership for twenty dollars, which allows you to avoid the hassle of monthly billing.

There will be a monthly meeting held at Sugar Barge on Bethel Island, where members will come together and talk about fishing, future trips, and upcoming events. The meetings will also be a place where members can learn new fishing techniques from local pros.
